Working with All in One Document Preparer: The Process
Most of our clients tell us that the process was easier than they thought it would be, and that’s always our goal.
We have dedicated teams for each practice area, so not only are we constantly increasing our expertise, but we also create one-on-one relationships with our clients.
Most of our services begin with a meeting in our offices to review the process, responsibilities, and costs.
Our team is available throughout the process for questions and support. We prepare the legal documents, and where necessary, we notarize and file the documents with the Superior Court or the County Recorder’s office.
Best of all, we charge one flat fee for each of our services. Sometimes we’ll ask you to reimburse us for an advanced expense like a FedEx overnight charge, but there are no add-on charges for copying, phone calls, or miscellaneous expenses. No surprises.
